This Crmant d'Alsace Ros is built entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from hillside vineyards between 200 and 400 meters elevation, where cooler temperatures and well drained soils preserve acidity and structure. Made via traditional method, it pours a pale salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles.
