Grown in the lofty mountains of Chiayi, Taiwan, the Rubys high elevation infuses each brew with a soft, silky mouthfeel. After Rubys leaves are skillfully twisted and dried, they are rehydrated for a secondary oxidation process. Like the natural ripening of fruit, this process
