Clynelish 8 Years Old The Octave Tomatin Distillery without chill-filtration or artificial colouringThis single malt was distilled on the 22nd of September 2017 at the Clynelish Distillery, known for their oily, waxy and complex Highland malt. Matured for 8 years and finished in a single Amontillado octave, this malt combines notes of cake icing, Madeira sponge, sugared almonds, sweet pears and spiced apple. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring, by Duncan Taylor.
