Kilchoman 11 Years Old Family Collection Tullibardine Distillery resulting in a fresh palateThe first edition of the Kilchoman Family Collection features four expressions, showcasing the evolving influence of ex bourbon and ex sherry casks as Kilchoman reaches more significant age statements. This 11 year old expression, was produced using heavily peated barley (50ppm) sourced from Islays Port Ellen Maltings, offering a contrasting style that reflects Kilchomans traditional peat profile. Bottled at natural colour and with no chill filtration.
