Reminiscent of summertime walks picking handfuls of berries for fresh pies and ice cream toppings. This flavour is water soluble but has been shown to be effective when flavouring chocolates and coatings (confectionary coatings), however, not recommended for use in pure chocolates. If too much flavor is used, it may cause thickening.
