リファレンスはフロックコートの名残を持ち、トップボタンのみを留めてフロントが身体の側面に広がっていくパターンであったが、服の特徴を保ちつつ、日常的に着られるようにパターンを修正したデザインである。

前に振った袖やアームホールなど、まだ馬に乗っていた時代の名残を感じさせる美しいシルエットを盛り込んでいる。アールデコ調の刻印が入った扇型のジッパーやベークライトボタンなど、オリジナルパーツを使用。
