This dress is sleeveless with a scoop neck and back line. It has a beautiful 2 tone pink and purple velvet ribbon detail that goes around the waist and ties on the side in back. It fastens with hook and eyes to keep everything in place. This dress is fitted on top with a very full skirt from box pleats all around
