Armand Heitz Juliénas Beaujolais Rouge Maude Wines Oak aging adds layers ofIt opens with aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, violets, and warm spice, with a subtle mineral edge from the bluestone soils. Compared to more muscular Julinas producers, Heitzs style is lighter, more floral, and more Burgundian, thanks to the gentle extraction. On the palate, it is silky, bright, and finely structured, showing flavors of red and black berries, spice, and crushed stone, supported by fresh acidity and supple tannins. The short
