It is made of a red felt that has been hand shaped into an exaggerated Fedora style hat. The brim is cut with a wide and graceful curve that jaunts up on one side and slopes down on the other for a "Dandy" feel. The red color is fabulous and will suit most skin tones. The hat is detailed with a leather band and a shaped and molded leather "feather" that weaves through the high crown and trails jauntily down one side in
