At the front it falls to just above or at the knees depending on your height and then it curves down and around to fall to mid-calf or the ankle

These are then continued down along the length of the dress in a wide border that edges the panel of fabric that overlaps at the front

The mutton sleeves are exaggerated and full and the cut and combination of lame and velvet is quite beautiful

The print is a combination of black and sepia's and the inserts into the skirt are all done in a stark black for contrast
