Fattoria di Sammontana Chianti 2016 75cl Quincy but not at all heavyStarted by Polish nobleman Michele Dzieduszycki 100 years ago and now in its 4th generation (under Andrea), this wine is naturally fermented, unoaked and with clean, crunchy fruit and that acid balance that Chianti should have. The staff often nab a bottle before heading home so I'd recommend getting your hands on it when you can. It really is fantastic stuff. Contains Sulphites
