Nevis Bluff Central Otaga Pinot Blanc 2023 German Medium to full-bodied with creamyHand selected and hand picked 28th March 2023. Whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tank. Racked to stainless steel tank with 50% of volume with lees racked to old French barrique 50%. Indigenous yeast fermentation. Fermentation took approx 6 weeks at 14 22 degrees celcius. After 3 months the tank and barrels were racked to a stainless steel tank and rested on lees for 2 months. No malolactic undertaken. The wine was then clarified and filtered for
