First Floor door Asahi Elementary operated for justThe first floor of Peters Creameries Pty Ltd's Chatham factory, concrete surfaces stripped back by decades of weathering and peeling paint scattered across the floor. Built in 1939 by contractor D. Gallagher for approximately 60,000, the plant was a steam driven dairy operation that once ran capacity for 70 to 80 workers across three shifts.
