Les Vigne de Babass - Au Bon Secours 2020 (750ml) Champagne Premier Cru Cherry flavours evolve toward pepperySbastien Dervieux, known as Babass, is an essential figure in natural wine. Winegrower in Anjou for around twenty years, including around ten on his own estate, he is a man of convictions who does not compromise on anything. No chemistry, no input. His wines are of great purity and always very lively. Au Bon Secours is a delicious gamay, fresh, fruity, intense. It will keep for around ten years.
