Still in good structural condition for age, just a few loose threads from previous attachment and wear to the edges here and there. The looped strings of glass beads have broken in places. Very beautiful and detailed piece. Victorian. This piece would have been aiding the adornment of the most exquisitely detailed mourning gown. Beautiful to
