As usual, the light and heavy juice pressings were separated for fining and fermentation. Shortly after the end of fermentation, the two wines were combined and aged 7 months in concrete on fine lees. The finished wine exhibits aromatics of lemon, boxwood and grapefruit. The wine presents with a full
