Roberto Henriquez Torontel Super Estrella 2023 Orange Wine (1500ml) Saint Emilion while precipitation levels were higherA magnum of orange wine from an brillant natural winemaker in the south of Chile. Over one hundred year old vines of Torrontes, locally called Torontel, with some Semllion trained as bush vines and always dry farmed without pesticides. Fermented with native yeasts with skin contact until full dryness (2 to 3 weeks maceration in total). Bottled without filtering, naturally hazy with sediment. Nothing added except a tiny degree of sulfites at bottling.
