This is achieved by sending off Foxwhelp cider to be distilled to a pure spirit which is then added to a blend of Dabinett & Foxwhelp dry cider to age in rum barrels for 12 months

they hand-pick fruit from traditional orchards where standard trees are spaced to allow for livestock grazing

avoid moving it & consume within 2 weeks

A legendary bittersharp, it produces a complex, full bodied drink. Flavours of orange wine gums, frangipane, dried apricots, and rounded out with gentle tannins to finish. This very special bottling was made possible by a fruit exchange between Ross On Wye and James at Little Pomona, who sourced apples from Hill Farm near Hereford. A great cider for rich savoury food.
