Puligny-Montrachet 2020, Jacques Carillon #Rare then blended in September 200079. 95 per bottle Jacques made the wine at the family estate, Domaine Louis Carillon et Fils, for twenty years before setting up on his own. All the wines are barrel fermented in 20 35% new oak and aged for twelve months in cask followed by six months in stainless steel vats. The style remains that of classic white Burgundy, built to age, with a winning combination of ripe fruit and thrilling acidity.
