The wine is bottled and cellared at his winery in Paso Robles, California. 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Syrah, this is a boldly aromatic wine with notes of aniseed, blueberry and toasty oak. Full bodied, but with a reasonable alcohol level.
