Probably made from bone it looks lovely next to the rattle, the detailing on this one is beautiful with the delicate flower design on it. This is a truly lovely piece, it has totally make me fall for it! A lovely piece of Victorian history! The design is lilly of the valley, she has large denting but is priced accordingly.
