GERMAN WWII AUER LUFTWAFFE FLYING GOGGLES both the cockades of theA nice pair of Luftwaffe flying goggles made by Auer. Quite often, the rubber moulding around the goggles cracks and corrodes; these are in excellent condition. The flyers found the tightness around the nose uncomfortable and virtually always trimmed the rubber away; this is the case in this example, and there is a slight split to the rubber in that area, but the goggles are still very usable and displayable.
