The structures form part of the Mount Russell Grain Silo complex in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, operated at closure by GrainCorp and closed in 2007. The site combines a 4,100 tonne concrete silo built in 1934 with a larger 28,500 tonne expansion completed in 1955. Part of the Mount Russell Grain Silo series.
