Medium bodied on the palate with further floral notes and an elegant mineral backbone. The finish is lingering with notes of lime. Great food wine! Good with fricassee of veal kidneys with snails and herb butter, grilled poussin with garlic and limes or a chunk of tangy goat's cheese.
