Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair Hautes Cote de Nuits 'Trois Terroir' 2016 Generate Tag Demo 1|Auto generate tag 1 melon and red appleThe 2016 Hautes Ctes de Nuits Les Trois Terroirs is a blend of the three cuves that the domaine usually bottles separately but were depleted by the frost in this vintage. Completely destemmed, it has a very pure black cherry and crushed strawberry scented bouquet that blossoms nicely in the glass. The palate is medium bodied with silky smooth tannin, the 30% new oak nicely integrated with veins of blue fruit cassis toward the finish. Very fine.
