Dominican Green Coffee ghirardelli and not the birdDominican Green Coffee. The Dominican has a climate not unlike Jamaica which makes for ideal growing conditions and a similar bean. Grown at high elevations and in the shade this coffee is very smooth and mild. While the Dominican isn't a hugely popular origin for coffees they seem content to grow slowly and build a reputation for great coffees. We recommend roasting this to a medium.
