Little Pomona - Broome Farm Major Pet Nat 2023 (750ml, 08.47 ex vat a bottle, case of 6) single-bottle-1317 Elegant & intense flavours ofSparkling Pet Nat Medium Dry Fine Cider view techsheet This is a simply made cider from Major, an apple that ranks amongst the highest of all the varieties (forgive the pun). Even better, the fruit was grown by the Johnsons on Broome Farm of Ross on Wye cider fame from their carefully managed, unsprayed orchards. The apples were pressed in the second half of October, spontaneously fermented and eventually racked into bottle to complete their journey.
