The tightly woven and tightly knotted tannins contour it with tart fruit and neatly part it. Tailor made and tight, the expansive fruit of the nose is surprisingly disciplined on the palate and is accompanied by ethereally cool top notes of wild thyme and mint. The refreshing acidity accompanies it with good grip into the fruity, tart finish.
