Ployez-Jacquemart - Liesse d'Harbonville Brut Champagne 2005 (750ml) Chocolate which has mostly soils ofpure, complex and gently exotic bouquet of apple, pear, passion fruit, macadamia nut, a fine base of chalky soil tones, brioche, dried flowers and a lovely framing of buttery oak. On the palate the wine is full bodied, fairly powerful in style, rock solid at the core and beautifully soil driven in personality, with fine focus and balance, refined mousse, zesty acids and a very, very long, complex and impeccably balanced finish. This is already a great
