I can't remember if this has 20 double sided pages with room for 40 approx 4 x 2

I believe the engraved initials read

EVA the Clairvoyant DEADWOOD SOUTH DAKOTA Cabinet Card Psychic witch My photos were taken withOriginal cabinet card of a woman identified on the back in period pencil as "Mrs. Eva Clair of Jamestown, NY" "Clairvoyant". It looks like whoever wrote it started writing out the word "Clairvoyant" and decided they wouldn't have enough room, so they wrote it out a little smaller above. Cabinet card is 6. 5" x 4. 25" and in overall very good antique condition with some light wear and soling, but no creases or heavy damage.
