Kumpf et Meyer - Restons Dark 2020 (750ml) Saint-Pourcain J is a juicy introductionCopper colored and rosy, this is a pt nat sparkling made of Pinot Gris and Auxerrois, two Alsace varieties that give spice, herbal qualities, and ruddy, hearty stone fruit flavors. Fresh but potent, this is a 'dark' pt nat with character a really interesting example of the variety of sparkling wines possible in Alsace's highly varied terroir.
