Grindstone in Barn blayney Shafts of sunlight push throughA large stone wheel sits on a timber frame inside the 1840s wagon barn at Mill Pond Farm, beside a worn plank door and a louvred window. Straw covers the dirt floor beneath a corrugated iron roof on rough timber beams. One of the oldest surviving structures on the property, the barn predates the flour mill built by Charles Dransfield in 1859. Part of the Mill Pond Farm series.
