The weave is more open than for batiste, but denser than a gauze, so in spite of how fine it is, it holds its shape fairly well and doesnt shrink considerably

Traditional Worcestershire sauce contains anchovies, but several brands make anchovy-free Worcestershires (Wizards, Annies and Whole Foods 365 come to mind)

I prefer to use mayonnaise because it gives the ranch dressing a creamier and smoother texture and tastes better than sour cream
