Section 202(b) of the Tobacco Control Act also amends section 4 of the FCLAA to add a new subsection [2] that permits FDA to, after providing notice and an opportunity for the public to comment, adjust the format, type size, color graphics, and text of any of the label requirements, or establish the format, type size, and text of any other disclosures required under the FD&C Act, if such a change would promote greater public understanding of the risks associated with the use of tobacco products
So I guess the best advice anyone could give is to never start using tobacco in the harmful ways so that you dont ever have to suffer the consequences and if you are already using tobacco in a harmful way, it would be best if you immediately quit
