The Producer Tepeztate Mezcal (750 ml) Cava and polished oakPart of The Producers village focused range, Tepeztate is a pure Agave marmorata mezcal crafted in Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca. It balances delicacy and complexity with layers of jalapeo, white pepper, citrus, floral notes, earth, and subtle minerality. Traditional methods throughout: agaves roasted in an earthen horno fired with oak, crushed by donkey pulled stone tahona, fermented 1113 days in wood, and double distilled in copper. Bottled at 40. 2%
