L748 Mirror Size: 17" high x 8"17th century Italian fragment with a chalcedony rosette. It has antique hand written Italian inscriptions on the base. The chalcedony mineral mimics the color and texture of the distressed wood fragment. This fragment is from a church in Florence. It was found and saved from the historic flooding of the Arno River in 1966.
